Designed for the 2022+ Honda Civic and Acura Integra 1.5L Turbo (L15CA), our 1:1 Race Engines performance short blocks are engineered to provide the strength, reliability, and performance demanded by high-horsepower applications.
Drawing on our extensive experience building and tuning Honda's K-series and Civic Type R platforms, we've applied our proven engine-building techniques to the latest generation of Honda's 1.5L turbocharged engine.
The result is a professionally blueprinted, high-performance short block featuring premium forged components, precision machining, and meticulous in-house assembly — all at a competitive price point.

CSS REINFORCED BLOCK: 6–8 WEEKS
Build times are estimated from the date of purchase and may vary based on component availability and machining schedules. Shipping transit time is not included.
Every short block is built to order in-house at 1:1 Tuning, with careful attention to component measurements, tolerances, and assembly quality.

Optional CSS Cylinder Support System
For customers pursuing more aggressive power levels and higher boost pressures, we offer an optional Cylinder Support System (CSS) reinforcement.
We recommend considering the CSS upgrade for applications operating above approximately 25 PSI, particularly those intended for sustained high-cylinder-pressure operation.
Although the factory cylinder sleeves can support substantial power, the CSS provides additional cylinder wall support to help reduce the risk of sleeve distortion, cracking, or other sleeve-related failures.
CSS builds include an additional 0.5 mm cylinder overbore to establish proper cylinder geometry and finished bore dimensions following installation of the billet cylinder support.

Customer-Supplied Engine Cores
Already have an L15CA engine?
We offer the option to build your existing engine block and crankshaft rather than purchasing new OEM components.
Customer-supplied cores must be inspected and approved before assembly. Additional machining or replacement components may be required depending on their condition.
