Returns, Cancellations & Restocking Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Electronics & Tuning Devices

• Electronics and tuning devices that have been opened, installed, activated, flashed, or otherwise used are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Unopened electronics and tuning devices may be eligible for return upon approval and inspection. This is on a case-by-case basis, and at our discretion.

Open Box Hard Parts

• Hard parts that have been opened but remain unused may be returned at our discretion.

• Approved returns of opened hard parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee after inspection confirms the item is complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Unopened Parts

• All other parts returned in their original, unopened packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Returned items must be in new, resalable condition.

Garage Sale Items

• All Garage Sale items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

• Garage Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit for any reason.

• No warranty is expressed or implied on Garage Sale items.

• The buyer is solely responsible for verifying fitment, compatibility, condition, and suitability before purchase.

• 1:1 Tuning is not responsible for incorrect purchases, fitment issues, incompatibility with the buyer's vehicle or application, or any costs associated with installation or removal.

Return Conditions

• All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

• Returned items must include all original packaging, hardware, instructions, and accessories.

• Items that show signs of installation, damage, modification, misuse, or missing components may be denied for return.

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to payment processing fees and other non-recoverable costs.

• Special-order, custom-order, made-to-order, flashed, programmed, modified, or non-stock products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Tuning & Service Work

• Tuning services, ECU unlock/jailbreak services, custom calibrations, remote tuning services, dyno tuning services, diagnostic services, and labor-related services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Shipping

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
