Pre-Dyno Checklist

All of the following items MUST be verified before tuning begins. If an item is marked “Pass” but is not actually correct, the tuning session may be paused and charges may apply.

Please select Pass or Fail for each item:

Battery – fully charged and holds charge (critical during flashing)

Fuel Level – not empty; for Flex Fuel tunes, no more than 1/4 tank

Tires – good shape and inflated to proper pressures

Alignment – vehicle drives straight (important for dyno safety)

Fluids – oil, coolant, and (if auto) transmission fluid clean, full, and no leaks

Clutch – type verified and mileage known (if possible)

Exhaust – system sealed and leak-free (no skewed O2 readings)

Spark Plugs – correct gap and heat range for power/boost level

Fuel System – correct pump(s); 1:1 regulator with boost reference if required

Injectors – brand & size (do NOT guess)

Air Leaks – no boost/vacuum leaks in couplers, clamps, or lines

Sensors – list any non-factory sensors (MAP, O2, IAT, ECT, fuel pressure, etc.)

Boost Controllers / Wastegates – lines routed correctly; spring pressure known

CELs / DTCs – list ALL current codes

I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 1:1 Tuning, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from dyno testing, tuning, or vehicle operation.
