Honda OBD1 Demon RTP/Neptune P28 ECU
This is the ECU I would tune with back when we were burning chips to ECUs. I dont do much of that old school stuff anymore, but this would be a great ECU for the novice tuner or someone that wants a solid ECU thats not a standalone.
